Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of freight-shipped sauna products, all sales are final once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Saunas are built, packaged, and shipped specifically for each customer. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements, or changes in preference.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped or entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled.

Freight Damage & Replacement Parts
If your sauna arrives with visible damage to the crate or packaging, please:
- Accept the delivery
- Take clear photos of the damage
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading before signing
- Mark the paperwork as “Crate arrived damaged – possible hidden damage”
- Contact us immediately
If damage occurred during transit, replacement parts will be provided at no cost. We do not issue refunds for freight damage, but we will work with the manufacturer to ensure your sauna is made whole.
Failure to Accept Delivery or Storage Fees
If delivery is delayed due to missed appointments, unreturned calls from the freight carrier, or inability to receive the shipment, additional storage or re-delivery fees may be incurred. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
